I am the product of many generations of New Orleanians.

As such, my heart and soul are committed to the people of the Greater New Orleans area and I bring a true understanding to what it takes to buy a home in and around our wonderful city.

I have been a mortgage loan officer since 1983. I have produced and closed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Conventional Loans, FHA,VA, and Rural Development Loans and I have not had a VA loan rejected in my entire 28 years.

I have produced these loans for banks, mortgage companies, mortgage bankers, and mortgage brokers. By not being tied to a single institution, I am able to offer far more options than many others and can work with almost any scenario.

In today’s stricter lending climate, a good broker can make all the difference in whether you qualify – or not.

 

I also currently hold the latest in national licensee requirements for brokers, a state license, and numerous awards for production and education.

Since 1988 I have taught mortgage finance classes to Realtors for their continuing education requirements through a program which I have written and developed.
